if i get this right: if i purchase artisan editon, it includes only season pass and NOT all the goodies from collectors edition? so i need to purchase both editions to get everything?

Yes if you really wanted that you'd need both editions. BUT first of all this game is hardly worth what I paid - i got discount from GOG to $10 and still.. it's buggy buggy buggy like hell, constantly crashes to desktop for me and many other players. Some players are lucky but they're rare. Others experience pathfinding issues for their workers, disappearing items from pub inventory, I can't quickload using F7 - crash every single time. You can't change your controls.

Next - on Oct. 22 the devs will release the "Anniversary Edition" - which will probably be real 1.0 final product, hopefully. They promise to patch everything, but reality is they've been working on DLCs instead of patching/fixing.
I'm talking No Man's Sky level of redemption for this game.
The AE will include all DLCs so far released and all players that own the base game by that date Oct 22. will have their game upgraded to AE. Think of it what you want.
Now to tell you honestly this game has great potential, but i said in my review the execution is horrible. It looks very nice, i like the graphics, i like the music (created by musician from Witcher 3) but every time i play i only wait until it crashes, or until my workers get cycled in some action and don't do anything but broken animation.
I haven't been able to finish even the tutorial due to the bugs and crashes. Buyers beware i say.
