after 2.04 patch, campaign mode looks like it wasnt given the bug patches.
(i have not played the sandbox option yet, so cant comment into that area)
dugout still not available to build.
'open more lands' perk doesn't seem to do anything. no extra land around the inn opens up. (im assuming thats what it does, since there are no tool-tips explaining it)
city/town information (the spyglass) doesn't have any tool-tips of what the levels are. the trade route icon is fairly obvious, but the barrel? the gold coin? etc.. ive gotten 100% influence in some of these towns with no effect corresponding to an icon having been lit up in the influence meter.
recipes/blueprints image will show on top of a city but nothing will be available, even at 100%

There needs to be a timer on the criers. spamming a crier for a couple thousand gold gives you 100% influence in a matter of minutes.

Also. the room rating system needs MAJOR overhaul. why does putting 20 potted plants in a room make it a 5 star 300+ appearance room?
put 10 lvl 3 beds in a room and you can get 150 gold a night with your 5 star 500 point appearance crowded dorm room

There needs to be a point of diminishing returns.

Anyone who try playing the game sees this.
Are you really ok with the current pay-to-test trend?

No, I am decidedly not happy. I have wasted a lot of time trying all the different methods of playing this game until whatever my current plan is (like a campaign or a sandbox), eventually it becomes a complete waste as it constantly crashes to desktop with no code or explanation.

The lack of tool tips and game hints is too extreme.

I researched, and don't think I can get my money back.

The community is more helpful on Steam, so what I may do is uninstall here, wait a few months, monitoring progress, and buy it again but from Steam, this time.

I am very unhappy they released such an incompletely baked game. I love the premise, and obviously gave it a huge try with 30 hours or so of play.
Don't put the blame on GOG. This is entirely the fault of the publisher and devs.
You get the same crap on Steam, just that it's usually more updated because it's easier to update from the devs' perspective.

It is in development. You knew that when you bought it. If you did not know then, then you certainly know now to expect an incomplete product at that stage.

I've only had a couple of crashes and both times I had been playing for 3-4 hours at that point. Dunno why yours constantly crashes. But it could be a problem with - or something unusual about - your rig. If you want help with it you need to post details. Even so, don't expect a lot of help because this is a pretty small and new game. There is little traffic here in its forum. I would expect things to pick up a bit because this is a pretty good little game.

More tooltips would be helpful. Or more documentation. There are some really good let's plays out there, where I've found out a lot of useful techniques (and watched the lpers make some pretty funny blunders).

Anyhow, I'm having a lot of fun with it. Sorry your experiences differ.
I think its your computer moreso than the game for the crashes. My game will crash, but like after 8 hours of playing/letting it run because I have such a huge storage room.

Tool tips would be useful but it doesn't break the game. After all, no one holds my hands when I use the restroom so why hold my hand in a game.

The AI pathing does need sorting out, as well as why there are so many either sickly, or drunkard, and even lazy/slacker workers compared to any other type of worker. Although the lastest playthrough, mine are all tough and persuasive.

Hopefully your experience with the game gets better. But I'd check your pc equipment and also how cool your keeping the internal components with the crashes your experiencing. If your using a laptop, well, my condolences. Even gaming laptops can't hang with desktop pc's. Sad but honest fact.

Ok I know it's been a year and i might be necroing this, but not really. I got lured in by GOG's recent discount so i paid 10 bucks for this.
The game is released according to the store pages here and on Steam. I keep crashing every now and then, it may be after few hours of play or I've had a sequence of crashes right after i crash, i load the game, my last save or auto, and crash, and again. After that i rebooted my pc and then it run for a while, then crashed again. That ended my play session yesterday. Every time i play now it basically ends with crash and me angered and bitter. Even if the game is officialy released, it's no better than Beta or EA still to this day!

Now one thing that i don't trust you is caused by my rig - any time i quicload F7 i crash. EVERY single time.
Also my rig is no toast, i run i5 7600k no OC, gtx1080 16gb ram. game on hdd, not ssd but there's nothing demanding ssd in this game. So after i started playing first time after purchase, after a while i noticed hot air from gpu. This game somehow can fully load gtx1080 and it is SHADOWS! Once i lowered shadow quality to medium gpu and cpu run fine loaded and not hot. Shadows implementation is fcked up.

My bugs range from pathfinding to workers stuck in animation to not carrying over my perks into second stage of campaign. That means i upgraded +5 goods for delivery in first stage, but in second stage i was still ordering in 10pieces. Same with my workers traveling outside on map for healing/recipes etc. Their speed upgrade did not carry over.
When i opened second floor in my campaign run in second inn, they could never find way up the stairs to even refill candles. Bad..
Why i'm saying this? The game is out for a year and still they haven't been even able to find the problems with pathfinding. I noticed that in their AE announcement where they state they contracted the dev of the engine to give them his ultimate knowledge and power to fix it. THEY HAVE NO IDEA!
This does not give me any confidence there's hope for this game. I don't really see it. All i read is bad treatment from devs towards community. And i know indies can do it, there are tons of proof. Just not these guys apparently.. I'm bitter.
