It seems as if I can only have two Norns and not more! Everytime my Norns lay an egg it grows to a big egg and then stays in this form. No Babys are born, this ist extremly frustrating!
What can I do to solve this problem?

Have you installed any add-ons for the game? If so, did you first install the Remastered Patch?

Another possibility is the population controls in the Options panel that slides out. This is usually set high enough to let two Norns have a few babies, but perhaps it was changed accidentally? I'm just trying to think of some other possible issues. How long do you wait when the egg is full grown? It will actually take several minutes for the hatching process to start. You can speed this up by either placing the egg in the incubator (located in the C3 Norn Terrarium) or on the heatpan (located in the DS Norn Meso next to Muco).

I hope some of this will help you out! I can just imagine how frustrating it must be not to have eggs hatching. Good luck, and feel free to post any more details if none of the above seems to help!

I set the max population to fifty, because I -after a few not hatched eggs- thought that is for the whole population, including ettins and grendels. But that didn`t solve the problem. I had to install this one thing to get around the online password, but I guess everybody will have this, so that won`t be the problem. I put the eggs on the heatpan, so it should be quick to hatch the eggs. The manual said that it would take a few minutes without incubator or heatpan, so after waiting for more than 15 minutes should be enuff!
BTW: What is the remastered patch??

Hmm, that does seem very odd. Did you make sure to change both numbers, as there is one for the total population and one for the breeding population? The Login Disabler is awesome: Glad you found it! I almost feel like it should be included because it's a necessity to play DS.

And yeah, 15 minutes is quite long enough! Have you tried starting a new world to see if this happens to every world?

The Remastered Patch is an unofficial patch that's required to get all third-party addons to install correctly. I don't think the Login Disabler would have caused an issue without the Remastered Patch. And you haven't downloaded anything else?

Have you tried laying more eggs via Muco to see if those will hatch? If you're still stumped (as am I!) you might want to hop over to Creatures Caves. It's a very active Creatures community, and likely you'll have a lot more Creatures players to try to help you solve this mystery. Good luck!

Hmm, the second number I didn`t change, I will try this tomorrow, today I can`t take it anymore and would throw my PC outta the window if it doesn`t work!

Ah, yes, the C1toDS Login Disabler. You can either use that one or the DS Offline Option. Both work well!
