Just out of curiousity, is this like the Sims with Gremlins or something?
It looks like a precursor to all of those virtual pet / life simulation games that went big in the 90's.
Has anyone played this that can review at least one of the titles so we have some clue as to what's really involved in the gameplay?

Postcursor is more like it, if not just a plain old cursor. Though it is not really the first or last of anything, it is still a rather significant landmark on the road to better and better AI. Douglas Adams put it this way: "I first saw this program in the same week that evidence was discovered of life on Mars. This is more exciting."
The game is like the Black and White creature. You teach him everything, you even have to teach him to speak. It's very hard to do though, and I gave up quickly.

That would be the best game ever.
