Hi all!

I've bought C3 today and tried to run it on Win7 x64.
On start (fullscreen), the screen changes from dark black to some lighter black after a few seconds.
At this point nothing more happens, but iam able to exit via Escape.
I think the Menu is loading up (no music), but nothing is drawn.
Windowed mode with 16 bit colors does the same.

I've searched the internet to get more information, but i wasnt able to find anything about this problem.
Can somebody help me with this?

You will need to use 16-bit color for Creatures 3: There are a few workarounds, but I think your priority is to get the game running first! A few recommendations:

- Make sure to install the Creatures Remastered Patch
- Open up the Properties panel for the shortcut to the game, and change the .exe from InstallBlast.exe to engine.exe
- On that note, did you say OK to update the game when loading it? This causes an automatic error and usually makes the game unplayable if you're loading from InstallBlast.exe. You'll likely need to reinstall if this is the case, and then run from engine.exe.

Normally it should change to 16 bit automaticly in fullscreen, right? But I changed my desktop to 16 bit too, without change.

To 1: I installed it now - nothing changed.
To 2-3: There is now InstallBlast.exe. I think you're meaning the Docking Station. The DS is working (without update as you said) except for the login (normal afaik).

Would be nice to see an error showing up or something, but the game starts and react to keyboard input (alt+enter and escape), but all i see is a black screen.

EDIT: Finally got it running after installing at standard path (C:\Program files...). I installed it on another Partition before (G:\Games...)
