Hello! I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and while Creatures 1 works fine, I'm having some issues running Creatures 2. I have set it to 16-bit color mode and have tried various compatibility modes -- at best, I get the ubiquitous black box, and at worst, I don't get past the world loader (in a couple of cases, I didn't even get that far). I have installed the old DirectX package. Does anyone know how I might go about fixing this? These are very nostalgic games for me and I've had an itch for C2, so this is quite frustrating. Thank you!

tunluiectui: I have the same problem and I can't find a way to fix it...
I too am having this problem with having win 10 has any one worked out a fit it for the game? C2 is unplayable in this state

Search this forum for the words "black box" or even just "black" and there are several messages on this particular problem which provide a few different solutions that might work. Hope this helps.
