I'm still getting accustomed to this game, having been drawn to it by my experience with the console port on the PS1, and I'm a little put off by the interface. I realize this game, and series, is quite old (much older than I ever thought, really), but that seems like it'd make it all the more likely that dedicated fans might try to update the interface bit by bit over the years.

Considering that, is anyone aware of any mods that attempt it? I'm fairly sure it's one of these tough it out situations, as I've done a little looking about for anything of the sort with no luck, however this seemed to be the best place for me to ask given the age of the game.

Which Creatures game are you referring to? Maybe I'm biased, but the interface has always seemed rather intuitive to me... But I've also been playing for over 15 years. I'm not aware of any mods that you might be referring to, though I might have some suggestions based on whether you're talking about C1, C2, or C3/DS. What is it in general that you don't like about the interface? Just want to get some more details, so I can hopefully point you in the direction of something!
