In case some people don't know, the creature series has had a lot of addons/"agents" made by players throughout its history, and one can still find an active community around that makes new addons for the game.
The "Creatues Community Spirit Festival 2009" has recently concluded, and there are plenty of new objects/new breeds/etc for Creatures 3. A quick search on Google can lead you to addons for previous games in the series as well. Here's a link for those interested:

Good stuff. I played the Creatures series since the very first Creatures. I saw an ad for it in PC Gamer and then waited patiently for its release.
Through all of the games, one of the best aspects was community involvement. Interesting and helpful objects, new worlds, new Norns, Ettins, Grendels. All of it was exciting. Good times. :)

I'm not active in the Creatures community any more, but I used to be, and my website with C3/DS agents is still up (it's mostly just connective agents, nothing too exciting).

im having issues with addons for C2 (never tryed them in C1)
but i have a lot of content saved form when i had C2 on my lolder pc (xp)
i tryed to install the add ons some COBs and new breeds, but its telling me that every file is wright protected and it wont let me move them, this is annoying as i love the COBs ive colected over the years and wan to uses them again.
any ideas how i can get them to work?

I'm having problems injecting COBs i downloaded from various sites into my Albia. An error message keeps popping up and shutting down creatures. Am I doing something wrong or are the old cobs just not compatible with this new version? I downloaded Winzip because I read about it online but I don't think I'm using that one properly either. Please help!

Dont suppose you still happen to have the instant vocab infusion cob file??
