Nobody??? Ah well... I guess I understand.
What I cant understand why this developer refuses to add simple things players want without their ridiculous bells and whistles. For those who are thinking of purchasing for the multiplayer... these are not the droids you are looking for. Vastly superior to the original misfire but once again falls short of the simple request to "dig with friends". This time you seemingly play the campaign with up to five folks (what was asked for) before endless, unstoppable waves start portaling in about 50 minutes into the game (huh?).
Yes, they are easy enough to handle to start. The issue isnt so much that they spawn dragons inside your Shelter (oh yes...) or that there are three portals from the get go (night 1!) or that it sends the new ancient beholders while your still swinging clubs (line 'em up!) or that you cant repair your stockpile (no soup for you!). No, none of that... The real issue is that the waves come literally ever 5 minutes. F...I...V...E... minutes. So essentially, you get all of an hour to "dig with friends" before it becomes "fight for life". What is it these guys need to understand people simply want to play the game together? Language barrier? Sadomasochism? They are secretly the Wachowski brothers and have a driving need to destroy another great thing they created?
So depressed. Some one come cry with me... or at least tell me its okay.
