Hey guys,

a small update is now live, here's what's in it:

Patch Notes 1.03:
- fixed a save bug when loading a game from an earlier version
- fixed a camera issue when controlling via arrow keys

Yesterday we've also published a patch 1.02 which had:
- fixed missing Chinese letters
- fixed certain actions
- some balance changes
- small fixes in vaccine evaluation
- small UI fixes
- available projects and decrees will now be better indicated
- fixed new game issues
- various localization fixes
- various visual fixes
- other small fixes
