At fear level 92 Anarchy window popped up with only one option - to send there security unit. Clicking this option does nothing, sending security unit via map does nothing and game is on pause, popup window can not be closed
It may be because research option related to suppressing Anarchy was not researched yet, but this should not prevent it from going on.
Game is stuck can't continue, cant even save progress - only close the game.
Is it a bug or I miss something?
