Hello,
can anyone tell me how it is possible to rotate the Camera and how i can send soldier patrouls?

Unfortunately you can't rotate the camera by default. The feature is disabled by the devs, maybe because it's still bugged or unoptimized. Though there is a cheat code to enable it:

- Open the console with Ctrl + Enter
- Type freecamera and press Enter
- You can now adjust the camera by pressing Ctrl and the middle mouse button
- With the key combinations Ctrl+PageUp and Ctrl+PageDown you can alter the angle
