I updated to 1.5.9.75.5318 today and then installed the new DLC that appeared after I did this. When I started a new random map game, officers in 17th c. barracks could be ordered, but would never show up. The status bar moved like they were being created, but they never appeared

Well, before I get flamed I really did mean to type lose. It would not let me edit the heading

I went back down a level - the officers reappeared. Went back up to 1.5.9.75.5318 but did not add the Digital Deluxe DLC that had appear before [and which I already thought I had] and the officers would not appear again, so it is something in the update/
