For some reason, the collectible 'Dr. Yoshimi Tokui Tapes' that it's a requirement for unlock the mission with Hideo Kojima is not showing up in my "pre 1.30" save. Maybe only new game files created in the new updated version can unlock this mission or maybe my save is glitched... I don't know. What I know is that I have 3 achievements that doesn't unlock and now a collectible that doesn't show up..
