I'm having a problem with the game not resetting control points, enemy triggers, loot boxes, etc that were triggered in my first play though. I've been searching for articles on how to totally wipe out the saved games and achievements but I can't find the saved game files. I'm looking in C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Control and I can see all the game files but I don't see anything that looks like a saved game file. I've turned off the cloud sync.

Any ideas where the files are kept and what filenames I should looking for?

I have same problem. I want start a new playthrough but on new floors i have opened savepoints and lootboxes. Also a cant speak with Ahti in janitor room, its so dumb :D

Good news, GOG support got back to me with this and it looks like it fixed it....

"As far as I know this is a known situation as the game does not have New Game Plus mode. To start anew properly you will have to remove all the saves including cloud saves and completely reset your game. I followed the instructions, step by step and it seems to have worked. I didn't get the option to continue when the game starts. The saved game location in the your Documents folder in your windows profile.

Save file location is "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Control\Saves". Delete every savegame-slot file inside this folder.
