Did you have any problem getting achievement "Choose to be Chosen"?
I got pistol from Trench's body, complete training, talked to Emily Pope, but nothing happened...

Obtained the Launch ability.
Achievement "Paranatural Powerhouse" locked.
Unlock ability upgrade - "Parautilitarian" still locked.
All achievements locked. Very funny. Ha-ha-ha...

Damn Comodo Firewall!
What made it to block Control executable - I don't know. It couldn't do anything automatically, but...

I had that issue with Comodo Firewall blocking lots of games over many years. I very strongly recommend uninstalling it and just using the built-in Windows firewall instead.

For me it looks like this:
In GOG Galaxy under Control / Overview, it states: reached 100%, same as in Activity Feed on GOG website user profile.
In GOG Galaxy under Control / My Progress it states 99% although all achievement "icons" are lit.
And on the GOG website under Profile / Games it states 98% in the game section....

Not sure what to say about that.
Someone not able to sum it up correctly? Who knows.

edit: I played on update 2 only, and all unlocked correctly, no issues.

I haven't played Control recently but I've got exactly the same problem with a game I played few days ago and where I unlocked the last achievement but the progress was stuck at 99%. Then it continued in another game where I earned one achievement but the progress was and still is at 0%.

So it seems to be a global problem with achievements. I contacted GOG support about it a week ago but still haven't received any reply.

It's been a while, but I wanted to try to find out if they removed the "Director of FBC" achievement?
And if so, did it ever work before the removal?

Galaxy's achievements seem like they've been broken since the beginning if I'm being honest about my experience with it. Across a wide variety of games and genres, at that.

I agree 100%, Galaxy and achievements don't mix together well. My experience was pretty bad with this feature across multiple games. If it were not the case, I would be recommending GOG and Galaxy for single player games instead of Steam.

i just need mission 2 achievement and arcade (shum). already did it several times and still nothing
i also try delete gameplay.db but nothing works

i just need those 2 and then get the last achievement (for total of 3)
