I cannot get the game working in Windows 7 under any sort of comparability mode and Dosbox doesn't work. Ideas?

I got it working. Contact support. They have this trick you can do to convince your Win7 install that it has a 800x600 screen (which you don't, but the computer "uses" it anyway).
