as a free play game under the name "Mob Rule Classic"
I know the idea was to bring out both Constructior and Mob Rule in HD versions, but given the level of competence shown so far with "Constructor HD", I would not hold my breath for Mob Rule HD.

If they do make it, I guess we can expect it to be finished by 2022 :P

Mob Rule / Street Wars will be included within Constructor HD as a kind of (free)DLC or expansion.
