As mentioned in the subject, I bought mob rule but have been unable to load it due to an error stating directdrawcreate failed.

I'm running windows 8.1 and have updated all my directx libraries as the support pages suggest.

I'm having a seperate direct x issue with roller coaster tycoon 3 also where it says it can't find direct x9. I assume both are linked but I don't personally know what I can do now.

Both issues have been reported to support but I thought i'd post here incase anyone knew how to solve my issues. Thanks

Nevermind, I shouldn;t have put trust in device managers ability to tell me if I had up to date graphics drivers or not

After upgrading several versions along since my old drivers both games I have purchased that I was having trouble with are now working
