dowloaded and installed constructor today on windows 7. game seems to play fine until i move the mouse and everything glitches and moves really slow for a second, also opening complaint letters or mission briefings (or any in-game pop-up) takes FOREVER!
please help me lol

Look in the start menu or in the game directory for GOG DOSBox configurator, and try to set a different graphic mode (Direct3D or OpenGL showld be the best ones). You could even try changing other settings.
