I was looking for a long time for Constructor Hamachi network, and finally i found it on RetroOnline.

All u need to do is register on their forum here: http://retronline.forumactif.org/register

and then join:
Hamachi Server (Network ID): RetrOnline_Constructor
Password: RetrOnline_Constructor

There is few active players, so everyone is welcome.
