On easy the game is, well... easy.

But on hard it just seems as the computer is cheating, can anyone confirm this?
I can still win but it still feels kinda pointless.
Computer has no way of getting as much as it does, lame playing against cheats (even if it is ai)
Play quicker, play more efficent, play smarter... But just having endless ammounts of funds? Seems lame.

Yes, the computer "cheats" as in it does not have the same constraints as you (and it cannot go bankrupt). Then again, who said that it should? This game is from when AI was not as advanced, and to make things harder, they just gave the other side more stuff. The game is still harder, and how the computer is playing isn't really the point. You're the one playing it, and you decided you wanted to play on hard, so the game made things hard.
