Mob Rule is one of my favorite games. There's nothing that approaches it's unique flavor of managerial humor, with the possible exception of the original Constructor. In a way, they're different sides of the same coin: Constructor gives a fun, open-ended kind of game where the only set goals are the "victory" conditions. Mob Rule lacks that opened-ended play, but has a humorous story to progress through and some pretty decent interface and control improvements over the original. I started with Mob Rule, so I tend to like it better than Constructor, but I highly recommend both.
*The Good*
[] Good mix of managerial RTS-lite gameplay
[] Humor that is always good for a laugh
[] UI and control improvements over Constructor
*The Bad*
[] Play is limited to the "multiplayer" or the story
[] Story conditions can be difficult if you do not progress smoothly
