anybody has a doc with all the options and their meaning for the secenario template of CNW? Any info would be appreciated :)

Not sure what it is your after here. If you play the tutorial it will give you all the information about all the units and buildings.

Scenario templates are the text files located in the game main directory. The extension is *.be2. I would love to know what are the meaning of all the options there so I can create my own templates :)

I know this answer is way too late, but just for future reference:

There is a file within the install folder which explains everything regarding template files:
\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Conquest of the New World\TEMPLATE.TXT
