I believe the Strategy guide for the game was put out by the publisher/developer because of the way it was done, so I'm thinking it should be legal to post it up for others. I am not 100% sure on that yet though. It's of course missing from the bonus content, which is why I'm posting this ;).

Does anyone know where you can download the strategy guide? Has anyone scanned it? Anyone know if it was done by the developers?

If there is any interest in it and it's not around anywhere, I might have the opportunity to scan it and post it for others sometime soon. I use to scan and add stuff for mobygames a lot before I stopped liking them, so I'm use to scanning game stuff.

I had no idea that there was a strategy guide. Does it have much that isn't mentioned in the two player made strategy guides available online? It would be really interesting to see it, and I could share some of my insights into the game in exchange if you want. I wrote some strategies and rules of thumb down a while ago.

As for legality, I really don't think anyone cares, but a safe thing for you to do would be to ask for people to PM you with interest and an email account. That way there is no record of you distributing suspect files on gog.

Yeah, there's two official guides to the game. One for the original game, and one for the deluxe.

Guides from like Bradygames or Prima wouldn't be accepted, or sometimes fall in a gray area depending. Ones by the developer/publisher is fine to post, in fact gog.com would add it to the game download page so everyone can download it.

Because of the way this guide was done, it looks to me like it might have been made by the developer/publisher, but I don't know for certain as of yet. So I'm trying to see if maybe someone knows more about it, cause it would be nice to have if it was.

I don't have the guide yet, but I'm getting it soon, so I was a bit curious about it.
