I picked up the game in the recent indie gem promo and just started reading the manual. This is more complicated than the RTS games I have played in the past.
The fact that it incorporates supply lines is one of the reason I bought it. I always found it a bit unrealistic that you could fight endless battles without running out of supplies.

Are than any tips you veteran players would give to ease the learning curve?

Are then any mods or graphical updates available?

1. build 8 harvestors 4 for gas 4 for ore

2. build 2 more builder units

3. build 6 light attack units (for terran it would be the corveta mantis scout carrier cel's taos) then build 3 siege units? (missile cruiser, frigate/kmeres, Plarius/Aroa)

4. expand expand expand! expand to where avar you can go to!

5. build heavy shipyards and wipe the hostiles out!

6. remember to hit R to upgraid as your units as you play!
