Greetings.
I have two questions about resources.

1: If I can't store any more resources and continue to harvest that resource do I lose the harvested resources that doesn't have storage space?

2: Does planet regenerate resources? If I have mined all there is on a planet does the resources "grow back"?

1) You can store resources only to completely fill the remaining collected resources will be lost. Council, build many refineries and Marine Academy, or the like the more of them the more you can store.

2) Yes, resources, fully restored, the planet slowly regenerates resources, but there is no sense that either destroy as collective platform continuously gather what was regenerated. And as I said above the greater the platforms the more volume, storage.
