I've created a couple web pages that should clarify the process of adding custom resolution support to these two games.

The fixes have not been rigorously tested, which is where you guys (hopefully) come in. I'd like to know which resolutions work and which don't, and since my monitor only supports up to 1440x900, I need other people to playtest them.

Commandos 3 will probably have issues with the interface, and possibly with multiplayer as well, so bear with me.

Heck, the website itself hasn't been rigorously tested, so hopefully the links all work fine. :b

Thanks, this is great! Though I must say that anything from 1440 up does not work properly for me (1440 does not work at all, and higher resolutions cause big area of the screen to be unused + smearing); 1366 has pretty big black bars at the edges, so I settled with 1280x800 - at least some improvement over the original.

And sorry for the necro, but I figured maybe some feedback is still wanted since noone answered ;-)
