Then tell me - What do You think this trick is? Doesn't seem like a cheat, because the game penalized You for using cheats.
Did anybody used it before? How to activate it?

That isn't a trick, that's realism. Those soldiers were on their coffee break and as we all know the Nazis were famous for their coffee breaks! :P When they stopped working they REALLY stopped working.
