I saw I can buy Comandoos 2 and 3 but Commandos 1 no.

Don't worry, you can, and you aren't the 1st person to get confused by this.
Commandos 1 came out followed by it's expansion and shortly after that Eidos/Pyro began putting them out as one set under the title "Ammo Pack". So "Commandos: Ammo Pack" is what you want (#1 plus the expansion). :D
