All but wrapped BEL mission 4, got all my guys evaced to the boat except the GB. He won't climb down the ladder to the lower dock. While he's selected if I mouse over the ladder I get the use cursor, but when I click, he gives one of the stock can't-do-that responses. Any ideas?

Before I try to help, I have a question: Does the diver have his raft in this mission? I can't remember.

Yes, sir. Sure does. Not positive the water's accessible because of the cliffs. But I suppose it must be if the programmers gave him a raft. Thoughts?

Okay, try this: If you haven't destroyed the archway that leads out leads out of the compound area (I only say this because I can't remember if that is one of the objectives or just something I always did) take your green beret and diver back to the railway bridge. Go down that ladder and have both your diver and the green beret get in the raft. Then just row the raft over to the boat dock.

Unless the green beret just can't go down any ladder. In that case, I don't know what else you can try.

WTF i've got the same problem.

I've got an HD resolution mod running so I thought that was why.
