Sorry for the question, maybe I'm missing something....

I finished the shuttlebay mission and i cant seem to progress past there. How to I return to the factory? Or, is that it until another update is released?

Yes, wait for the next update (hopefully not too long now). Then you'll be able to continue to the Habitat and eventually return to the Factory and Pit, which will get new content as well.

IronTowerStudio: Yes, wait for the next update (hopefully not too long now). Then you'll be able to continue to the Habitat and eventually return to the Factory and Pit, which will get new content as well.
