It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

After waiting years to be released now facing constant crashing. None of the fixes online seem to work.
Is there a specific error? Can you post a screenshot?

Thanks. Some suggestions, starting with the simplest:

1) Update the graphics drivers and make sure you run the game as admin (Properties, Compatibility)

2) Delete config folder: %localappdata%\ColonyShipGame\Saved\Config (you can paste this path into Windows Explorer’s address bar, it will resolve %s itself).

3) On Display settings (right-click the desktop, "Display settings"), set everything to 100% and recommended resolution. Then click on Graphics settings, manually add the game to the list, and set it to high performance.

Let me know if any of it worked.

None of these worked. Still crashing
Apologies for the inconvenience. Few more questions/suggestions (what's your video card btw?):

1) Turn on VSYNC in the game options.

2) If any have any overclocking software like Afterburner, close or disable them.

3) Set the framerate to 60, preferrably both in-game and global. Unlimited or very high framerate has been known to cause problems.

Found possible fix on NVIDIA website. Disabled battery boost and lowered graphics level. Now seems more stable.
Number of issues mentioned with RTX drivers and Unreal engine.
