I am at 97% at the list. But the last two is hidden marked Secret Achievement. I have no clue what to do or how to play again differently to unlock it. Any clue how to figure it out?

P.s.: I am willing to pay another 30bucks for DLC! :)

Hard to guess without seeing all achievements. Pure Human? Beat the game without installing any implants. The Promised Land? Land the ship.

No plans for DLC, but we'll continue improving the game for the next 6 months or so. If it sells enough to pay for the next game, we'll make a sequel set on Proxima 40 years after the forced landing.

Is there any complete list of achievements ? Or should i make picture about all i have?
Any patreon or crowd founding about the sequel (what should be 3-4 times bigger even if it will cost 100€)?

And how to do that? I have 250+ hours in-game but only met Mercy two times with possible interaction. First time when i was in need to decide between Jonas and Baxter, Second time in the promised land after Jonas fight when she offered to me to fight Baxton.

I assume your character was skilled in diplomacy and convinced her to join. Just walk away without convincing her (or play a character who can't) and then Jonas or Braxton will ask you to kill her. Combat or stealth, that's up to you.
