Since I could not find an official bug reporting site for the game, I'll post it in this forum since the devs seem to be present here:

I am currently trying my hand at the 1968 campaign provided with the game.
When trying to prevent the invasion of Bergen, I just torped my Sturgeon submarine with a Mk37 torpedo right after launch.
My sub was running at 5 or 10 knots, definitely no faster, and the torpedo I had to launch from the opposing side of the target crossed through my sub and exploded. I aleady had instances where the torpedo clipped through the submarine without effect, but not this time.
From what I saw there are two problems:
1. The torpedoes spawn from somewhere inside the sub hull, not at the front where I assume the torpedo tubes to be. Maybe the spawnoint is not set correctly for this model so the torps are spawned too far back. For the other subs I used so far the torpedo spawn seemed fine, so maybe there is a problem with this particular model?
2. The torpedo guidance does not take that into account and tries to steer too early. This is not helped by the godawful speed of the Mk37.

So, as I see it either the torpedo spawn has to be corrected and/or the torpedo guidance has to be adapted to make sure the torpedo has cleared the submarine before setting course.
