The Spring campaign (Operation Konrad) of the Russian campaign is the first difficult scenario I hit. Does anybody know how the difficulty setting (I play on medium) affects the game? E.g. in this playthrough, the units in the camp in the northwest have full health while they have <20% health when I start the game. It also seems like there are more enemy units - e.g. I face several Bison artillery in the east in my game (who don't want to cross to the west) and it seems like more Tigers. In the video, some enemy units also have low health or lose it faster.

Any ideas how one plays this scenario best? At the river crossings has the disadvantage that one can't send all tanks full speed at the enemy artillery.
Okay, tank clashes in the plains make an easy victory.
