I had CC3 running on my old computer, and now with my new computer, it wont open at all. When I click the play button, it says 'syncing 0%' and then nothing, it just goes back to the play button. I've installed the direct x files that were in the game directory, and I tried to follow the link to download other direct x files I found in the support center, but my computer warned me that newer direct x was installed and I wouldn't need those files.

Hi Again. I solved the issue. You have to run it in win 98 compatibility mode. Instead of running CC3 with GOG app, go to game folder, find executable CC3.exe, right click, go to Properties and go to Compatibility tab. In section Compatibility Mode check the box [Run this program in compatilibity mode for:] and select Windows 98 / Windows ME. Then click Apply and OK. To run the game now simply double click CC3.exe. Have fun with the game.

Almost solved my issue, I can see the first few seconds of the start and then it shows an error saying "Unable to add DS soundstream", anyone encountered this issue before?

I'm also having this problem. Changing compatibility settings to run in 640 by 480 seemed to remove the Dsound error, but then it just hangs on loading and eventually crashes. It seems I'll have to play this on my Windows 98 machine.
