When I picked up the dynamite from the ruins, then when I reloaded the game, the dynamite no longer exists in my inventory, although I can see that I picked it up when I press F3.

Only have one save, so cannot progress!

You can spawn yourself some new dynamite using a cheat code.

Press Tab and enter: Bring Dynamite
Press Enter and it'll appear in front of you.
