I try not to spoil things but maybe this will be informative ?

tl:dr for people not interested int the story :
the "content" is totally and easily unlockable right from the start.
you just have to cheat yourself a little money which is easily done,
they are not hiding anything away from you if you don't want it to be hidden.

As for the actual game :

Let me just say that I've played a good chunk of the game, and a few bugs and crashes aside, it has been a remarkably depraved game.
I've been leaning into it I admit and I might have skipped some of the prologue by not going through the fort.

It's an adult game, it deals with human trafficing and sexual coercion and exploitation.
I don't feel like the game is glorifying these things or condoning them in the least.

it is a depraved and perverted game, and not for the faint of heart, it's like a 30+ game,
I think you have to have some real world wear and tear, some life time experience, some cynicism to appreciate the game

having said that some things do get repetetive and sometimes it's better to just close the game than to sit through the whole unskippable scene of inevitable r4%ed to death game over

unskippable scenes are in general quite annoying when you're trying to make some real money, (You don't want to know what I had to do to make that $2000 to buy me that house in the slums) D:

a lot of "interests" are catered to at one point or another, the only thing that I haven't seen yet is necrophillia I think..

I wouldn't say the game is hard, it doesn't hold your hand and you might have to check your quest journal to see what to do next.

sometimes you appear in a wall and you have to cheat teleport your way out.

There is no end afaik, the quest lines just stop with a work in progress come back later message.
but there is a lot of functional content.
