While I googled most of the articles about food, somehow all the issues stated are regarding food shortages, but my problem is the opposite.
I got 5 granaries around the entire map in the 5th mission, and 70% of the houses aren't receiving food.

I got smooth roads around every block and furthermore, I noticed a decrease in the supply of stone compared to earlier in the mission.

So how do I get food to all the houses?
All my granaries are flooded, and I cannot find any fix downloads for this abandoned game.
