I tried to contact Gog but, every time I go to the "Contact Us" section, it bumps me back to the support page. Does anyone have any ideas?

Turns out that dvm.dll is missing. I thought this might be the AV problem a lot of people are running into. So, I uninstalled, set an exception for the folder containing the install files, and reinstalled. Same problem persists. Am I doing this wrong?

Try making an exception for the game directory in "My Documents" and in C:\Program Files too.

Alternatively, turn off your AV software.
