I've tried to reaload a save and redoing it like I did with the Rite Mastery achievement but it just doesn't work, I max everything and the achievement never pops up.
Is there a way to make it show reliably, is it random or the game is screwed and it's impossible to achieve unless I start the game from scratch?

Well, in the end it unlocked during the final battle a while after I technically fulfilled all the masteries.
I wonder how the achievement check works for it to behave like that.
