Mild Spoiler:

When im setting off the gas trap in unearted documents i cant pick up the note/it doesnt count as read or however you want to call it. Since i cant get out of the room otherwise i escaped by portal and the quest failed. Is it a bug or did I miss the point?

There is also a severe sound-problem on that map

edit: kopachi overall is pretty bugged compared to eye of moscow which worked for me so far
