The current installer is
setup_chernobylite_s04_black_smoke_(74700).exe

2 DLC indicate they are for a different version of the game.
setup_chernobylite_digital_artbook_48723s03dx12_(64bit)_(59741).exe
setup_dlc_dos_48723s03dx12_(64bit)_(59741).exe

That's because these two DLC installers are completely useless. They install absolutely nothing and should be removed.
You can find the artbook and soundtrack in the extras section on the right side.
