Why there are missing updates (june,september) and DLC: Eastern Asian Cuisine?

I also want to know.
I've emailed Inner Void, the developer, back in May regarding the East Asian Cuisine DLC, and I was told that the GOG version was left behind for "reasons outside [the developer's] control."
EDIT: So, I emailed Inner Void again yesterday, and the guy told me that the reason why the GOG build of the version 1.11 update isn't on here was because he had to format his computer and he no longer have the tools to upload it onto here. Regarding the DLC, however, well, they keep insisting to get it on GOG, but the guy doesn't know when it will be released on here.
