Go to "\Chaser\Save\Users" and open "default.cfg" with a text editor.

About half-way down, change:

Set "VerticalSync" 0

to

Set "VerticalSync" 1

Then save the file.

I just forced v-sync and aa in the nVIDIA control panel, but it's nice that there is a .cfg option as well. It should have been in the options menu however.
