So, after a long time I decided to give Chaos Overlords another try and it seems the game mostly works on W8.1, the only thing is that selected items appear with a huge white box so nothing can't be seen.

No-one's found a fix for that yet that I'm aware of. However, BurntSoul reportedly got it to run properly in VirtualBox running WinXP inside Windows 8.1.

Is there any word at all as to when/if this will ever become Windows 8 compatible?
