All i see is the menu bar and black background. It loads forever but never starts. Running Win 7 SP1 with the default GOG settings.

If you haven't already done so, you should contact GOG support. One previous user has reported a similar problem, but there's no info on the forum about whether or how they resolved it.

Already done that but it doesn't work anyway. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. It do work flawlessy in safe mode.

You're probably running a process that's conflicting with the game. Check out what's being loaded [click start, type: msconfig, press enter, check out the Startup tab]. These processes are not loaded in safe mode, therefore allowing the game to start. In my case it was Logitech's SetPoint software. In order to launch the game You'll have to kill the conflicting process [press ctrl+shift+esc to launch the Task Manager, select the process and end it] and restart it when You're done playing. It might work. Sorry for the late answer!

Oh, just remembered.. I also had this problem when launching the game in fullscreen, i described the problem here. Might be that.

You'r right it must be Logitech Setpoint. Gonna give it a new try.

Logitech stuff was my problem too, that fixed it. Thanks guys.
