What is the difference between Celtic Kings: Rage of War and Celtic Kings: The Punic War?

Both game looks near identical (comparing screen shots with my memory), but when I tried googling The Punic War, the information were scarce (didn't even have a wiki page). The only conclusion I can make of this is that they are the same game.

If they are not the same game, do you know when will GOG upload The Punic War on their store?

It's otherwise called Celtic Wars 2: The Punic Wars or Imperivm II (while Celtic Kings 1: Rage of War sometimes is called Imperivm I). There's another iteration of the series, Imperivm III: Great Battles of Rome, officialy released only in Spain language though there is unofficial English conversion

Celtic Kings: The Punic War has also been called Celtic Kings: Nemesis of the Roman Empire in some countries.

I still hope GOG will release Imperium II and Imperium III at some Point.
