I have never played this game and I am quite intrigued, so thanks GOG for this wonderful surprise release, I wish I knew it was coming because I would have held off my purchase of O-War, not because its a bad game just because I don't know I'll be able to play both at the same time.

I too wish I had bought this instead of O-war. This game's setting seems much more to my liking. Oh well. Having both isn't too bad either.

Eh. I've no problem buying now and downloading later. I'm enjoying Original War far more than I thought I should and I'd rather make it last for as long as possible and then switch to this one (if it is the game I think it is).

There both excellent RTS's. I would go with Original War as the more, well, original(!) game of the two and held my attention more. I have both in my boxed games collection and find myself coming back to O-War more than this one.... But each to their own..!! :)
